Highway batteries

Is it possible for the hybrid cars to recharge the batteries on highways?

I don't think so, but you could probably buy a portable charger. I don't know much about how the hybrid battery's work really.

There are charging stations coming up in the highways. This plan has been proposed due to increasing hybrids in the new infrastructure planning.
