Electric car - conversion kit

I read about this conversion kit early this year. What it does is attach a device to your rear wheels and it uses electricity to turn the wheels once you are at cruising speed on your car. Here's the link to the company's website:

Wow I have never heard that about electric cars. I will have to go and see about finding out more information about this topic, then I will come back to post.

Whatever you do with your car requires the right skills and tools. That means you have the technical knowledge and experience, and a well-equipped garage. At this point in time, if I have to convert, I will hire a professional mechanic. It will cost me, but I will have peace of mind.

I thought that attaching motors to each wheel separately would be less efficient than attaching it to the axle and turning the wheels that way. *ponder* Looks like there is more research in store for me. *smile*

There are places you can actually have these electric car conversion kits install. One that I know is one in San Francisco, CA. You could even find cars that are already converted to electric hybrid for sale. you can easily find them ebay or just google it and find where they sell them. I have seen these electric cars all over the internet, news, etc.
