No, they are not much more expensive than regular spark plugs, but I would not suggest using anything other than OEM in a newer vehicle, I would only suggest these for older vehicles.

Iridium spark plug has the spark stone made of iridium but the regular is not. And its also long lasting. But the iridium plug ignities low power and hence less mileage.

how can Change the type of spark plug can increase the power? Is there any proof of any increase in mileage or power?
